Is this actually free?

Yes. The training is the training. Near the end I take a couple of minutes to show the full system for anyone who wants to go deeper, and that part is easy to skip. You leave with everything taught and owe me nothing.

What if I cannot make it live?

Register anyway. Registrants get the replay, and it stays up for 48 hours after the session, not forever. If you want to keep it for good, that comes with the full system. Live is better because you can ask questions while we build.

Do I need any tech background?

No. If you can describe what you want in a message, you can do everything in this session. The tools do the work. You learn to direct them.
